Destined to be the best.
Hell yeah, I had no idea somebody made a SWCC page, instant follower.
I'm a Naval Aircrewman at the moment, but my aspiration is to cross-rate to SWCC by next year (assuming I stay motivated and get all my expected rank promotions, warfare qualifications and other accolades that are available at my current command) that way if worst comes to work, I'll still be an E-5 with credentials. But I plan for success.

This tumblr is for people with aspirations for the SEAL and SWCC programs. My friend and I hope to go into the Navy with SEAL/SWCC contracts. We hope you’re working hard and we hope everything works out for you.

Finally back

So we’ve been really busy with our senior year. We haven’t been able to get on tumblr for a long time. We’ve been training hard and also participating in sports like football and wrestling for our high school. We hope all of you have been training hard. One of us are heading off to MEPS soon and the other has been nominated to attend the naval academy.

Hopefully all of that works out, but if it doesn’t we’ll both be off to train in SWONEC to compete for a contract.

For all of you still following us, send us messages, keep in touch with us so we can trade ideas and stories.

I'm very glad there are people still like you.. YOU ARE DESTINED TO BE THE BEST!

Thank you, we appreciate the support!

Ok… I’ve been bad

So aparently I lied at the end of June when I had said we will be posting results and other things. But don’t think we havent been doing anything, ive been running everyday and doing other exercises and so has Alec! Sadly its been hard to get to the pool so we have not been swimming all that much.

So anyway the school year has started and I have returned to the cross country team so i am running long distance everyday. Alec has work so things will be tough for him but he will still make an effort to stay in shape.

One thing that I think everyone who is training for special operations should know: It’s all a mind set. The only thing that is standing between you and whatever goal you have set, is yourself. So just get past that mental block a keep pushing to set your limit farther, and farther back.

Maybe i havent explained it well, so watch this video and understand! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-t_cV46DoA&list=FLpvjHL_5QMayqpDpkfr6ecw&index=11&feature=plpp

Surviving the cut: SWCC training

Tonight everyone turn on the discovery channel at 10pm! They will be showing an all new Surviving the Cut! This one will be the Basic Crewman training of the Navy SWCCs! Everyone watch! http://dsc.discovery.com/videos/surviving-the-cut-naval-special-warfare-combatant-craft/

Also, just read your introduction, you two sound like intelligent young individuals (for lack of a better term, I hate saying individuals). That's excellent that you have each other as friends who is willing to train just as hard and aspire to be tier 1 candidates in whatever program you both make a decision with. I HIGHLY support you two in your endeavors (as I have the same mentality for due respect to America's special forces, despite any stigma associations with branches as per enlisted reputation). The real reason why I made the decision train for my job change in the future is because my best friend back home has been training for BUD/S YEARS before today. I never thought I would be in the military until 2009 when I actually ended up enlisting. People change, views change, for better or worse. I made a promise to him that if he really went through with his plan I would strive to challenge myself as hard as he has to work with him. I never thought he would go through with it all and get his SEAL contract with how tied down he seemed to be with his current girlfriend. He FINALLY went to bootcamp almost exactly 2 months ago (he graduates the 9th), which was the eye opener that he wasn't just talk, which people sometimes can be. You two have my utmost respect and I wish you the best in your journey to becoming the best.

Thankyou very much! We also have a mutual respect for you. It feels good to have someone with such enthusiasm and support for us, most people think we are crazy. Haha thanks again, Adam and Alec

Brotherhood.

A few people have sent us messages telling us that they share the same dream as us. We completely support everyone who does.

If you are reading this you might have that same dream, that means your are on your way to joining the NSW brotherhood, so send us a message! And post about your story, we will follow and maybe one day even meet you! Because as of right now, we are in the same position as you are, therefor you are our brothers.

Dude! Awesome! I want to be a Navy Seal my self and I am currently a sophomore in High School! I HOPE and Plan to get into the Naval Academy also, but if that doesn't fall into place, I am going to enlist in the Navy and go on from there. I just need to get my eye sight fixed. I'm here in Texas, haha so there is quite a climate difference between us.

great to know there are brothers out there like you! hope you make it to the acedemy and become a SEAL. Post about your story, we would love to hear it!

Introduction

This blog is recording the story and progress of our training. Me, Adam and my friend, Alec are starting our Navy SEAL and SWCC training. SEAL for Alec, SWCC for me. After high school, we want to be the best. In order to become these warriors you must prepare years in advance, which is why we are starting when we are only sophomores in high school.

For training we will be doing the usual PT. Pull ups, push ups, sit ups, buddy runs, lots of swimming and a whole lot of running. We also plan on having some sort of hell week over the summer. Hopefully we will be able to get some training in everyday, but you know sometimes it doesn’t really work out that way all the time.

Right after we graduate we both plan on going to college. Alec plans on attending the Naval Academy, and I plan on applying for NROTC. If not we both plan on enlisting and earning a degree within the service. Whatever we end up doing, we will be the best in the end. One thing I want to make clear is that this is mainly training to be the best. Yes right now we plan on going into the Navy but it is possible that we decide that the Marine Corps, the Army, or even the Air Force is a more suiting option. Whatever ends up happening, we still will be the best. For the Marines, that’s Force Recon, for the Army that’s the Rangers or Green Berets, for the Air Force that’s JTAC, Para-rescue, or Combat Controllers. All of them a great challenge.

We live in Connecticut, and right now we have a lot of snow on the ground, so we unfortunately cant train at the moment. But we will start as soon as the snow is melted and done with. I’m guessing that will be somewhere in the month of march.

We will be posting what we do every week, and slowly telling a story. We might even post pictures or even videos, haha we will see.
