Thank you, we appreciate the support!
So aparently I lied at the end of June when I had said we will be posting results and other things. But don’t think we havent been doing anything, ive been running everyday and doing other exercises and so has Alec! Sadly its been hard to get to the pool so we have not been swimming all that much.
So anyway the school year has started and I have returned to the cross country team so i am running long distance everyday. Alec has work so things will be tough for him but he will still make an effort to stay in shape.
One thing that I think everyone who is training for special operations should know: It’s all a mind set. The only thing that is standing between you and whatever goal you have set, is yourself. So just get past that mental block a keep pushing to set your limit farther, and farther back.
Maybe i havent explained it well, so watch this video and understand! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-t_cV46DoA&list=FLpvjHL_5QMayqpDpkfr6ecw&index=11&feature=plpp
Tonight everyone turn on the discovery channel at 10pm! They will be showing an all new Surviving the Cut! This one will be the Basic Crewman training of the Navy SWCCs! Everyone watch! http://dsc.discovery.com/videos/surviving-the-cut-naval-special-warfare-combatant-craft/
Yet another obstacle course race! Here is Alec and I after finishing the Warrior Dash today. And of course we were representin’ while doing it!

Oh what a great kick off to the summer! This picture is me and my sister after finishing the Spartan Race. I figured it would be a fantastic way to keep up our training! Alec and I will also be running in the Warrior Dash later this month. Now that our sports or finished with, we can really start on our track to becomg the best. This is where it starts! We will be posting every 1-2 weeks with our workouts and hopefully some results.
I decided to make a twitter to go along with this blog, sometimes we want to document small things that are not always worth a whole Tumblr blog. Please follow us, tell your friends and remember always to train to be the best!

Thankyou very much! We also have a mutual respect for you. It feels good to have someone with such enthusiasm and support for us, most people think we are crazy. Haha thanks again, Adam and Alec
Alright so in the past we didn’t exactly plan ahead. Yes it is now march and about 95% of the snow is melted. Alec and I want to start training. But now we got High School Sports. Alec is going to be playing baseball and I will be doing track and field. No it is not the training that we had planned on starting, but it is physical activity everyday for the next 3 months. Our actual training will have to be pushed back until both our sports are done and over with. Looking at the bright side, when we return to our ‘best’ training we will not be totally out of shape.
Ok so that’s it, remember to keep on pushing to be the best and support others who share the same dream. Thanks.
A few people have sent us messages telling us that they share the same dream as us. We completely support everyone who does.
If you are reading this you might have that same dream, that means your are on your way to joining the NSW brotherhood, so send us a message! And post about your story, we will follow and maybe one day even meet you! Because as of right now, we are in the same position as you are, therefor you are our brothers.
great to know there are brothers out there like you! hope you make it to the acedemy and become a SEAL. Post about your story, we would love to hear it!
So i just found out that SWCC is only for enlisted Navy. So that means if I really want to be a SWCC, NROTC is out of the question. In that case I guess I would earn a degree within the Navy. This doesn’t mean that I’m not trying for the scholarship at all now, if I do apply for it, i will be committed to the Marine Corps. Marine Force Recon, the best of course!
Nothing is to worry for Alec, I am still confident that he will get to the academy, and successfully go on to be a SEAL.
This blog is recording the story and progress of our training. Me, Adam and my friend, Alec are starting our Navy SEAL and SWCC training. SEAL for Alec, SWCC for me. After high school, we want to be the best. In order to become these warriors you must prepare years in advance, which is why we are starting when we are only sophomores in high school.
For training we will be doing the usual PT. Pull ups, push ups, sit ups, buddy runs, lots of swimming and a whole lot of running. We also plan on having some sort of hell week over the summer. Hopefully we will be able to get some training in everyday, but you know sometimes it doesn’t really work out that way all the time.
Right after we graduate we both plan on going to college. Alec plans on attending the Naval Academy, and I plan on applying for NROTC. If not we both plan on enlisting and earning a degree within the service. Whatever we end up doing, we will be the best in the end. One thing I want to make clear is that this is mainly training to be the best. Yes right now we plan on going into the Navy but it is possible that we decide that the Marine Corps, the Army, or even the Air Force is a more suiting option. Whatever ends up happening, we still will be the best. For the Marines, that’s Force Recon, for the Army that’s the Rangers or Green Berets, for the Air Force that’s JTAC, Para-rescue, or Combat Controllers. All of them a great challenge.
We live in Connecticut, and right now we have a lot of snow on the ground, so we unfortunately cant train at the moment. But we will start as soon as the snow is melted and done with. I’m guessing that will be somewhere in the month of march.
We will be posting what we do every week, and slowly telling a story. We might even post pictures or even videos, haha we will see.
